Where We Are

Es Cubells,
Ibiza.

The south coast. The quiet side. The side that reminds you why people fell in love with this island in the first place.

Es Cubells — where the south coast keeps its secrets.

Es Cubells sits on the cliffside south coast of Ibiza, a world away from the noise of the north. The village is small — a whitewashed church, a handful of houses, a view of Es Vedrà on clear days. The pace is different here.

This is the Ibiza that existed before the clubs: ancient, sun-bleached, and quietly magnificent. The sea below is the clearest on the island. The sunsets, facing west across open water, are the kind that make you stop mid-sentence.

From the villa, the best beaches, restaurants, and experiences on the island are within twenty minutes. Ibiza Town is thirty. The airport is forty. But you may find you don't want to leave at all.

Insider's Guide

Places worth
knowing.

Six to nine places we'd send a friend — not a tourist guide, but a quiet word from someone who knows the island well.

Cala d'Hort

Beach

The most dramatic beach on the island — Es Vedrà rising from the sea directly in front of you. Arrive early or at sunset.

Es Boldado

Restaurant

Perched on the cliff above Cala d'Hort. The paella is exceptional; the view is the main event. Book weeks ahead.

Cala Carbó

Hidden Cove

A small, quiet cove a short drive away. Fewer people, clearer water, and a relaxed beach bar serving fresh fish.

Cala Vedella

Beach Village

A sheltered bay with calm, turquoise water — ideal for families and those who prefer their beach without noise.

Sa Caleta

Restaurant

Rustic, no-frills, and completely honest. The best grilled fish on the south coast, eaten at wooden tables on the rocks.

Ibiza Old Town (Dalt Vila)

Culture

A UNESCO World Heritage walled city. Walk the ramparts at dusk, dine in the shadow of the cathedral, and feel the island's real history.

Las Salinas Beach

Beach

The island's most stylish beach — long, flat, and lined with the kind of people-watching that makes an afternoon disappear.

Formentera by Ferry

Day Trip

Thirty minutes by fast ferry. The water is Caribbean-clear, the island is unhurried, and it remains the best day trip from Ibiza.

Sunset Strip, San Antonio

Sunset

The legendary west-coast sunset bars. Café del Mar remains the original; Kumharas is the quieter, more local alternative.
